OK, I had to tell about the flight last night.
We had to take off first, as you all know by now that is the best part most of the time.
Now I enjoyed that, but the landing was even better!
It was raining so it was really bumpy and fun (for the most part that is:)
Turbulence is fun, but there is a little thought in the back of your head going- this may not be good.... this may not be good...
But it was fun anyway, and we are now home and safe.
So that's my story and I'm stickin' to it. :)
Highlights of the day-
1. Got my water bottle, with MI water in it! :D
2. Started on the way HOME!
3. Went to Steak 'n Shake
4. GOT HOME!
5. Looked around at the cleanness of the house! (though there is still more to be done) :P
6. Looked around at the FANS! Very thankful for them!
7. Got to see Jessica and the kids, even though it was only a minute.
8. Tony and Hannah stopped by, it was great to see them!
9. I get to climb into my own bed tonight. (after I clean my room a little more)
10. It is almost time that I get to do so! :D
We got home to find out that we had many break-in's while we were gone, but rather then the kind that you normally hear about where people take stuff from the house, this time it was people bringing stuff in and cleaning and working to be blessings.
So thanks to all the "break iners" for all the helpful things you did!

Safe In Oregon
WOW!!! I forgot how much I like take-offs!!!
That was so much fun!!!
I'm sure I looked just like a little kid, I got the window seat (the best seat if you ask me) :D
I enjoyed the up... up... up... and away!!!
Then we just sat there and tried to sleep for about 4 hours.
But the take-off was fun! :D
OK, enough about the take-off, (did I say I enjoyed that?) :D
Anyway, Pastor and Mrs. Wright came get us, and took us over to Pastor Wright's Mother's house for.... what would you call it??? It was 5:30 our time (MI) 2:30 their time (OR).
You could almost say it was supper, but all any of us had had was breakfast...
Oh Well! We ate, and boy was it good!
She may be getting up there in years, But she can still sure cook!!! :)
We are trying to rest up for church tonight, Mom and Dad are sleeping (that's how I have Dad's computer) :D
I guess I should get now though, so I can get ready for church.
More later

CELL PHONE vs. The BIBLE
Found this on another blog and thought it was good.
What do you all think?
I wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone?
What if we carried it around in our purses or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several times a day?
What if we turned back to go get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to receive messages from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to Kids as gifts?
What if we used it when we traveled?
What if we used it in case of emergency?
This is something to make you go....hmm...where is my Bible? Oh, and one more thing. Unlike our cell phone, we don't have to worry about our Bible being disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill. Makes you stop and think 'where are my priorities? And no dropped calls!

Going Through Old Pix
Monday, July 7, 2008
Pix from my Independence Day :)
Dad, Mom, Mrs. Templeton, Hannah (AKA Hop), Sam (AKA-Sammy), and I went down to my Uncle Dan's house for the 4th of July this year. We had a lot of fun with the family, and we got to surprise Grandma (she was the only one that didn't know we were coming :). It was a very fun, and LONG day! :)
Mom holding the new baby (my 2nd cousin) Mya, Josh, and Melissa my cousin's wife and mother of the baby. :)
Food line. There was soooooo much food!!!! :P and it was all sooo good, it was one of those things where you just keep eating and eating..... wow! I think I was 5lb more by the time we got home. =~]
HEHEHEHEHE!!!! As you all should well know by the post I did not so long ago, if you make a silly pic I will post it and if you make a nice pic I will post it. So it's up to you what you want people to see. :D I have a silly Mommy, I'd say that's where I get all my silliness from but that's only the half of it =~D
After we all got done eating (for the first time), we took a walk over to the park to have some fun and kill off some of the food we had just taken in. :)
Then some of us older kids (Sammy, Hannah, Ray, Shelly, Dad, Grandma, and I:)
went over to play a game of Softball. We had a lot of fun, but it was so crazy. Dad was all time pitcher for the game, so that made it 3 on 3, and every now and then when the bags were full we would pull one of the other team's players. It was so crazy though, by the time you made it all the way around you were up to bat. :P I think we only made it to three innings :] can you guess why??? :)
As all of this was going on the little kids had a game going too, but seeing as the camera was sitting on the bench over by us we have no pix of their game.
And back to Mya sleeping.
And back to Mya sleeping.
We didn't get too many pix for all the eating, playing, talking and everything, but we sure had a good time! :) Thank you Uncle Dan for letting us all come for such a great time! :)
BTW,
This Is My 100th Post!!!! :)
Does that mean I get 100 comments??? :D
